Avoid using the dryer, it is recommended, in fact, to let them dry in the open air.
How long can they be used?
Period panties are designed to last from the start of the day to the afternoon or even all night, between 8 and 12 hours.
However, for hygienic reasons, it is preferable to change them in the middle of the day.
If you are not at home, rinse them immediately with cold water and, after draining them, put them in an airtight bag with snap closure, and wash them immediately when you get home.
The ideal is to have at least 3 panties to be able to use them throughout the menstrual cycle.
Obviously, this advice is very subjective, since it depends on our menstrual flow.
If it is inside the bottom, the menstrual panties can be used alone, on the contrary, in case of heavy flow, it is good to combine it with other protective devices.
What are period panties made of?
