Small rustic house with a spacious interior and a balcony at the top

MitchCraft Tiny Homes is launching Lisa’s 30 x 10 Tiny Home, featuring a custom rustic exterior design and a spacious interior layout that includes an office nook, two bedrooms, and even a small balcony.

Lisa’s 30 x 10 Tiny Home is 30 x 10 feet, wider than most conventional Tiny Homes, so you’ll need a special permit to be towed into most countries. The extra 0.6m of space doesn’t sound like a lot, but every inch counts when it comes to tiny homes.

The rustic style of the exterior is also transferred to the interior, which has large windows, among which a large porthole-style window stands out. You enter a living room with a small sofa, a nesting table and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is next door and seems quite spacious with a four burner propane stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink and plenty of cabinetry including a cutting table and drawers.

The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen and has a separate washer and dryer, toilet and flush shower, plus more storage space.

It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs and is accessed through a sliding door near the living room. It has plenty of standing space, with a double bed and storage space, as well as a small desk/desk area.

The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, near the bathroom, and is accessible by a staircase integrated into the storage room. This is a typical loft bedroom with a low ceiling, bed and storage space, and opens onto the balcony.

The balcony itself seems very small, but it will mainly be used by the owner’s grandchildren, and he even plans to add a fun slide for the kids.
