Parsley pesto pasta: a healthy dish in 10 minutes

Are you hungry and too lazy to cook? Your troubles are over because now you will learn how to prepare a healthy dish in 10 minutes.

Put some water to boil in a saucepan (because you will be cooking the pasta in it) and let’s get to the recipe.

  • 1 bowl of washed and dried parsley
  • 1 small garlic clove (without the string inside)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts, cashews or Brazil nuts

When the water boils, add a little coarse salt, the pasta of your choice (80 g for about 1 person). Set the timer so that the dough does not exceed the point. Must be al dente, which usually means 10 minutes (read the time indicated on the packaging).

While the pasta cooks, combine all the pesto ingredients in the blender.

Place the whipped pesto in a pot or somewhere you can mix the cooked pasta well before serving.

Cooked al dente, remove the pasta from the water and place it in the pan to mix well.

To serve.
