This cat house is super easy to make – all you really need are some very basic materials: a t-shirt, wire hangers and a piece of cardboard. It won’t take you more than five minutes to do this, so if your cat doesn’t like it, you won’t have lost too much 😉

Instructions for making a house for your cat.
Step 1. Cut the hangers.
Cut both ends of the hanger where the hanger is located using the pliers. See picture.

Step 2. We shape the hanging wire and reinforce the cardboard base if necessary.

We shape the hangers so they have the proper curvature.
If the cardboard you are going to use is not thick enough, you can reinforce it with masking tape around the edges to give it a little more stability.

Step 3. We make a hole in each corner.
Try not to do it too close to the edge as it may break.

Step 4. Join the two hangers in the center with tape.

Then we insert the ends into the holes we made in the cardboard. We are going to have our structure made!!!

Step 5. Fold the ends over and secure them with tape.

Step 6. Check that everything is lined up correctly.

Step 7. We place the shirt.

Put the t-shirt into the tent structure carefully, you should position it so that the neck hole is in the middle of a front and the bottom of the t-shirt can be collected at the bottom of the structure .

Fold the excess of the bottom of the shirt and press it until the neck hole is taut, secure the bottom to the cardboard.

Step 8. The cat test.

We have already finished. you just have to give it to your cat to see if he gives you his agreement 😉
