Cargo Home is a Texas-based company that designs and manufactures tiny shipping container homes. His latest design, Helm, was made with 2 stacked shipping containers that eventually form a 2-story house.

The small house is prepared for 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms and a beautiful roof terrace.

The interior has been designed in pine wood, with wooden beams creating a nice contrast with more modern furnishing elements.

To keep the house warm, Cargo Home has put a lot of effort into the insulation, using high quality materials for the doors and windows.
On the ground floor, you will find a small bedroom as well as the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.

Upstairs is a master suite with a full bathroom and giant glass doors that open onto the terrace.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite or quartz countertops as well as numerous storage cabinets.
A stove, fridge and sink complete the kitchen.

The living room can accommodate a large sofa and coffee table, as well as an optional additional dining area that folds out from the wall.

The interior is paneled in pine and all windows are custom made wood.
Cedar siding lines the outside of the container, protecting it from the sun while allowing a view of the original container below.
