The Spanish company Corowai has launched an innovative proposal on the market: prefabricated huts in Kit format to be placed on a tree. They are standardized cabins that anyone, without special knowledge or skills, can place on a tree, without cutting, drilling or measuring.
The cabins are sold in Kit format and include the tools necessary for assembly; and instructions. In total, it has 4 standardized models that also have a declaration of conformity that certifies them as safe structures that can be marketed throughout the EU.
Corowai huts can be placed on 90% of trees using a simple mounting system.
The cabins are made with pine wood from Soria, by managers with an FSC certificate. And it is that sustainability is part of Corowai’s DNA. Indeed, the project is currently nominated for the Green Product Awards in the “Architecture and Small Houses” category. This global competition rewards the best ideas in design, sustainability and innovation.
Corowai huts are designed for accommodation such as camping or rural houses as well as for individuals. Likewise, they are ideal for natural spaces, adventure parks and other outdoor spaces that want to offer a unique experience.
Corowai’s philosophy is based on enjoying trees and nature. The assembly process is understood as a family activity in which the bond between parents and children is strengthened. An unforgettable experience from the moment they receive it and of course, when they use it to sleep, play, rest, read and learn. The cabins are designed to enjoy the trees, watch the flowers, watch the birds or breathe in the fresh air. To escape, play, think, read, teach, grow and of course, sleep.
