We all like to eat something sweet once in a while, or maybe we need to make a snack for the kids birthday. Nothing better than this nutritious and healthy recipe with ingredients that are easy to find in health and naturist houses.
The best thing is that they can be frozen and still available for a whim or special occasion.
- Dates without stone: 6
- Cooked aduki beans: 3 tablespoons
- Peanut butter or coconut oil: 2 soup spoons
- Cooked yamani rice: 3 soup spoons
- Mashed 1 small banana
- grated coconut: 1teaspoon
- VSbitter cocoa: 1cteaspoon
The ideal is to soak the dates for an hour so that they rehydrate and become softer.
The dates are then processed with all the other ingredients to form a soft paste. If you use coconut oil, it can soften a little with the heat, so you must put the preparation in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Take small portions to assemble the balls with wet hands. Each ball can be dipped in a mixture of grated coconut and cocoa.
Optionally, you can coat them with chopped almonds or walnuts, sesame seeds, rolled oats, or whatever else you can think of!
You can present them on a tray or small cupcakes. The latter will allow you to stack them a little and save space.
When they are ready, you have to take them to the fridge again and they will be ready to serve.
